I'm a social entrepreneur. I worked for a social business for six years, and learnt a massive amount about the harsh realities of trying to change the world through business. Since then I've spent eight years supporting social entrepreneurs.

I've learnt a lot more in that time - and it seems a shame not to share some of what I've picked up here.

I've gathered together some thoughts on how to write a simple, no-nonesense social business plan - the kind of thing that won't just gather dust on a shelf.

There are loads of good resources out there to help you to set up and run your social business. You just need to know where to look (or know someone else who knows where to look) That's where I come in handy. Here are a couple of links - I'll add some more soon.
